We were so impressed with the knowledge & professionalism provided by Patrick. Between the convenience of not having to have my car towed or leaving my home, the fee charged was very reasonable. Whether my car is running or not, my first call for maintenance will be to Patrick.

John was able to look at the car and determine the starter that I thought was out was, in fact, actually working and determined that the ignition was being blocked by the key/receiver on the cars security system. That is a dealer problem, but John helped me find a mobil locksmith who was able to get it workng in under 30 minutes. Awesome service and will be recommending John to anyone needing car service!
