Francisco was great. The Admin and the customer service is horrible! They wanted to charge me for more time than what it took to fix my vehicle. They decided to “quote up” and help themselves to more money. Jarred @ Your Mechanic was rude and very unhelpful. When I asked him to credit me back for time unused, he said that is the “quote department” and there quote is accurate and pretty much I am SOL. I will never use Your Mechanic again!!! I will however use this mechanic and pay him privately AND for what he is worth. These jacka**es over at Your Mechanic can suck it.

Greg is very knowledgeable, thorough and explained his diagnosis and work as he progressed through the process. This is my second repair. an axle, with Greg. It won't be the last. He's my mechanic and I've recommended him to friends and coworkers. You're going to be a busy guy, Greg. Great work.
