Let me start out by saying that professionalism that this man portrays is an understatment. My appointment was for 12:30pm and he arrived a half hour early. Not only was Brian punctual he was very informative. He kept me up to date with all the minor and major details of my vehicle. He took care of the problems and concerns i had.
