My mechanic was exceptional, professional, attire clean and well groomed, mannerism polite. He explained what he would be doing step by step in understandable language, explained what other repairs I would need, in all I would recommend him with the highest grade.

Joe was very nice. He made sure to call and tell me that there was a little bit of a delay and asked if I still wanted to keep the appointment. He made sure everything was running fine before he left and let us know what else he thought needed to be done soon. He was great, will definitely use him again!

He was very professional and a great mechanic. At the conclusion of the job, I found out in conversation that I knew his father.
