Jay is thorough and neat. He wants to make sure the job is done properly the first time. There was some rattling in the brakes, so he took everything out of his truck again to fix the problem so there wouldn't be issues later. There was no mess left behind. He doesn't sell you on extras, only what's needed.

Gregory was awesome! Took the time not just one day but two in a row to make sure we got the problem solved with my husbands car. It had been sitting for a good while and were worried we might not get the problem figured out in time for my husband to have to go to work again but Greg made it happen! He was very friendly, professional and took the time to explain to us what he believed to be the issue with the car. I wasn't sure about this company after they cancelled on me twice, but I'd call them again in a heart beat knowing guys like Greg work for them. Thank you again so so much Greg!!!!

This gentleman was on time and listened very well to my questions and answered accordingly. He displayed a professional demeanor and was well versed in auto mechanics. He was fast and efficient and completed a thorough analysis of my car. I would have this gentleman back to my home again and will request him for further repairs. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional employees are very hard to find these days and it is key to great customer service.
