Keith was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over the repairs as well as provide a quote for future repairs based on diagnostics he ran on the car. I appreciate that he was not pushing for me to make those repairs right away as I’ve dealt with other mechanics that will try to up sell you.

Nazareth was very good in everything he did. Very professional and courteous. The only thing is that my panel still says my car is overdue on my servicing. He was unable to change it and he or your company was to send out another technician to take of this situation and I have not heard from anyone as of today 8/30/2018

OMG, Faraz is awesome. Very skilful, smart and professional. I have always taken my Mercedes S550 to a local dealer, and so was very worried that a remote mechanic would be able to deal with my finicky car. I was blown away. He replaced the starter in just about 1 hr. That's about half the time that the Dealer takes. Also the dealer charges 4 or 5 times the price! This is a no-brainer. My first time with Faraz, but I'm also making reservations for a transmission change and coolant replacement. And for my friends and family's cars too... But don't you also rush to him. I don't want him to be too busy for me!
