Dan was on time, thorough and professional. After checking all fuses and potential power drains and charging my battery, he cleaned the battery terminals and got me up and running. He took the time to take a closer look at a radiator leak that began after the car was running. He is clearly very knowledgeable.

He was early, which turned out to work in my favor! He was very nice, professional, explained what I needed and didn't need (which made my total less and I appreciate that he didn't charge me for something I didn't need). He pointed things out that I should look out for when I explained that it was first car; something he probably didn't have to do. If I need services in the future, I hope I get him again.

My experience with Brian was great.He kept me informed,checked everything I asked him to check and went over everything with me. He is pleasant personable and a pleasure to know he is taking care of my Benz.
