Neither poor nor great. Reginald was courteous. He jacked up one side of the car He did not run the engine for a little while to warm up the oil. For both these reasons, the refill did not take five quarts, meaning there was a pint or two of old, dirty oil left in the sump after he "drained" it. Also getting under a jacked-up car without additional jack stands is suicidal. He returned the old filters (and unused oil) to me, which I like. So he gets an "a" and you get a C- for not training him properly. IMHO, of course.

I believe Peter told me everything I needed to know about my car's repair as it was occuring. He was always very courteous and easy to speak with. And, as your advertising noted, the cost was significantly less than the estimate I received at a local garage. I have recommended your company and your mechanic, Peter's service to everyone I know. Extremely nice, honest man. I had him check out my vehicle because I was told my another mechanic it needed work done. After Scott inspected it, he said it he parts were fine.
