Reginald was a master explainer. He went through his thought process as he figured out what was wrong with my car. Any question i had about what some part is or how does something work, he broke it down in a way I could understand it and answered all my questions. He was honest with me and that's all I ever want from a mechanic. He showed me exactly where the problem lied with my vehicle and helped me to consider all of the options moving forward. Regnald is a class act and provided 5 star service. Would highly recommend.
