Ben was able to instantly diagnose the real issue on why my car was not starting, just from the sound of trying to crank the car. Even though Ben, was able to identify the issue right away, he still did a thorough check of the entire engine. By Ben checking the engine, it also cancelled out a lot of misdiagnoses, by previous mechanics. Chris is very professional, and super friendly. He explained to me how I can do the follow-up checks after the repair, and answered my questions patiently, and probably more than once.
