After completing the brake pad/rotor replacement, Andrew took the vehicle for a test drive and noticed there was a sound coming from the brakes. I have a Lexus hybrid, which is unlike most other hybrid systems. Because of this, I needed someone who knew about Lexus hybrid systems. Carlos did. He was wonderful.
