I am very happy with Duane's service. He is very friendly and professional. He did a very thorough check of my car first and then performed the Thermostat replacement service very methodically and flawlessly. He finished up the job cleanly and top off all the fluids. I would definitely use his service next time.

Mike was excellent and did a great job. He solved the code light problem and discovered that I needed to replace the parking brake actuator to complete the job. However, I received an email asking me to call Your Mechanic customer service to help with the quote to replace the actuator. They said they were not able to do that service. However, Mike knew what to do to replace it. I told him I would request for him to return to finish the job. I will not be using Your Mechanic again because now I have to find someone else to complete what appears to be a simple job.
