Absolutely excellent. He arrived early and worked efficiently. My wife and I were planning a trip for later that week and wanted the car to be road-ready. Patrick found another issue and came back the same day to fix it — definitely above and beyond. He explained everything he did and why it was necessary. I've often wished I knew a mechanic who I could trust to be honest and always professional, and Patrick fulfilled that wish. Will definitely be asking him to work on our cars in the future. A lot of people had told me the starter was the issue, but Chris showed up and realized it was just a dead battery. He got me started up, made sure I had a good charge, and even discussed a few other issues I'd been having with me. You can tell that he is a genuine, honest, and very knowledgeable mechanic.
