2006 Kia Spectra5 20,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Trung called 20 minutes before appointment to let me know he would be arriving in 10 minutes which I thought was great. When he arrived he appeared very professional and explained to me all the services that would be performed on my vehicle. So I left him the keyes, went back into my office and 45 minutes later he called to let me know my vehicle was done. When I came out he showed me that my air filter was extremely dirty and offered to run to the parts store and pick one up and it would only cost me the $23.00 additional for the filter. I absolutely thought this was tremendous service. Trung went far beyond any expectations I had for a mobile mechanic service and I will surely be recommending Trung and Yourmechanic to all my friends and family. Joe was awesome. Did a great job. I would highly recommend. The only issue I have is with the site. I expected to pay exactly what I was quoted but was charged more. That's on the site not Joe's fault

Once again, very satisfied with his service. He arrived promptly and took a lot less time changing the coil and spark plugs than I assumed. At my local repair shops, it likely would have taken many hours. He'd diagnosed the issue days ago and recommended this service. It was such a huge relief for me to get that engine light off and have my car driving even smoother than it was before. Definitely will be requesting more work from him if any issues crop up again!
