andrew was behind on his schedule and made sure I was notified (via text) that he was running behind and would end me a message when he was on his way. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. he took his time with my car and explained things to me; including his recommendation of what to do next.

I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David.
