He arrived on time. We talked about the problem I was having with my car. He took a look at the vehicle and found it was the battery. He explained the billing info including the purchase of a new battery. He asked if I wanted him to purchase one for me. I said yes, and he went down to the store, bought a battery, returned, and installed it. He took the car out and drove it to see if everything was working OK. I was very impressed with his service and will highly recommend him to others and use him again if I have any problems with my car.

Raymond helped out above and beyond what he was tasked to do. He was helpful and explained everything in a way I could understand and see the importance of it all.
