Kenneth was great. He was punctual, conversational, and was willing to answer any questions I had. I had stayed beside to watch the whole process as I like learning and he showed/taught me how certain things worked. He also washed my driveway after finishing the job even though I was the one who insisted I would clean it up and said it was OK. I was also the one who insisted on having the work done on my driveway instead of the street. He also pointed out an incorrect remark (which I already knew was incorrect) made by the previous mechanic who inspected my car. No complaints. Thank you, Kenneth!

Luis showed up early, is very knowledgeable and experienced, was meticulous with what he had to do to get into the battery compartment. Completed the work and gave me a report on his 50 point inspection with suggestions for what to keep my eye on going forward. Overall a great first experience.
