Alfred showed up right on time. He confirmed the work I had requested and the payment option I had choosen. He was very nice and professional. Alfred was done with the tune up in 1 hour. He then told me that the system showed I needed 8 spark plugs but in reality, I only needed 4. He immediately processed a refund and save me almost $200! I am so happy with this company and my Mechanic. I will be scheduling another appointment for new brakes. I had spent 2 hours at the dealership that same morning having an oil change on my other car.
