Awesome - first experience with Your Mechanic and first experience with Deuwn, and I wouldn't use anyone else. He had no problem working on my car even when I was away from home (left my car keys with apartment security guard and Deuwn took care of the details). He also had no problem calling a friend (whose phone number I had left for contact) with his after-inspection update when I was in an out-of-reach timezone. Good stuff all around - he realized during the repair that one of the parts didn't actually need repair, so he cut it out of the quote and I saved money. He even told me that I need new tires - which is a service that Your Mechanic doesn't provide.

Mark reached out well in advance of my service. He even asked if he could arrive early, which I did not mind. He was polite and professional. He showed me around my car, mentioned a few things he saw, gave some advice and I walked away feeling confident in his work.
