Paul was very professional, arrived on time, noticed that a better battery was available for our car (which also saved us money) and he quickly went and picked up new battery and had it installed in a flash (everything complete in roughly 45 minutes, including picking up the new battery). once again excellent service and my car is running perfectly now after replacing the spark plugs. I now feel safe to drive again because my car was stalling at stoplights, vibrating and could not accelerate at all. Immediately after installing the spark plugs everything is working perfectly again! I had the car looked at by another repair shop who recommended that I spend $1800 on a new catalytic converter, when instead I only needed a $350 spark plugs replacement repair.
