My experience with Nick was truly exceptional. He's going to be my go-to mechanic from now on. He arrived earlier than my appointment time, and took extra time to explain to me what was going on with the misfirings, and how there was some oil leakage in the valve area, but that he had seen worse. The information that he provided me was more than I expected. He went above and beyond by not only providing recommendations, but also prioritized what I absolutely needed to repair due to safety issues, and items that what were just basic maintenance at 120,000 miles that was specific to my car (which he looked up and verified and showed me). He walked through every line item on repair maintenance quotes, and he was very jovial and informative. Great interpersonal and customer service skills. I had an oil leak. He disgnosed the root cause quickly. Also topped off the radiator fluid, and filled my tire that was running low. Would recommend Breck to anyone.
