Ira was a few minutes early. Very professional. He diagnosed the car and said I did not need one of the services the dealer tried to get me to do. He did the work that was truly needed, did not try to rip me off with unnecessary repairs. He checked everything and did a test drive. Recommended some things for future. I have used Ira before and will use him again.

Arrived on time and did a great job. He even found a needed service that I knew had to be done soon but thought I could wait a little and hired him to come back this week to take care of the problem!
