Hugh was friendly, he explained the installation & answered all my questions, and he was happy to make small talk during the install while I watched.
But he was almost 2 hours early!!! This caused considerable stress at home, but we were able to make it work. Had we understood the earlier time was optional as he explained after arrival, then there would be no issues to report. Given that everything worked out & the window is now operational, I’m going to nonetheless give him a good rating.
