He arrived on time and explained exactly what he was going to be doing. He was both very friendly and professional. After he was done he did a visual inspection of my car, took pictures to show and discussed with me any possible repairs that I may need in the future, which I greatly appreciated, and when I need those repairs done, I will definitely be requesting him to come back.
