Kevin is stellar. I had some issues after my first repair so he inspected it and re-did the work under the warrenty. If I had more cash I would take the services he recommended but these days I have to roll the dice until I can’t ignore the problem anymore!

He’s not a big talker. He probably would rather be under the hood than deal with my questions. I can’t blame him. Who would? I don’t like overly friendly service people anyway. It’s fake and i don’t trust someone like that. He diagnosed the problem spot on and fast. It was the Timing belt of course. It seems so obvious now duh. The car is a piece of junk. Those are my words not his. He had a poker face but I kind of think he agreed. I would trust him again and use him anytime. I won’t be expecting a Christmas card from him though. That’s real.
