Patrick was knowledgeable, on time, quick to respond, and very professional. He ordered extra parts to make sure he would be prepared for the job, but didn't charge me extra if we didn't use them. Chris is awesome and I highly recommend him. Very thorough and great at asking questions. Ran test to make sure it was in fact the alternator. Wham, bam, boom. Done!
