2011 Honda Insight 70,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Franky is a very professional mechanic. He greeted me upon his arrival and explained what the job entailed. He took some pictures of the vehicle and logged all the necessary information into the system. He was very detailed oriented and double checked and ensured all of the information required was complete. He rolled up his sleeves and worked quickly and diligently. I was impressed on how fast he rotated the tires and the oil change. I highly recommend Franky as a mechanic and will be requesting Franky in the future for any other mechanic work needed.

Jonathan had to reschedule our appointment, due do pulling a muscle in his back. He called early in the morning, giving me more than enough time to find another service provider, if I had chosen to do so. I appreciate that level of communication. Because of a previous good experience with Your Mechanic, I decided to retain him. Jonathan showed-up exactly on time (to the minute), that's a difficult task, in this part of Florida. (traffic is terrible). I needed to cancel one of the services, he didn't pressure me to change my mind. He came prepared with everything he needed. The work was done well within the allotted time and met the quote I was given in advance.
