1996 Honda Civic del Sol 71,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Again, another great experience with Trung. This is my second using Trung and this time to replace all of the Brake Rotors and Pads as well as Flushing the Braking System.

Genaro is prepared, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and capable. He has worked on my car several times now, and even when yourmechanic.com gave him the wrong part (not his fault-- the alternator plug was wrong), he went out of his way to communicate with me as far as scheduling to come back the next day (it was already after 4pm, so there wasn't any more that could be done the same day). He is receptive to what I tell him I think is going on with the car, but I am grateful that he always uses his own judgement and doesn't take my anecdotes as evidence. Always a pleasure getting my vehicle worked on my Luis! He’s fast and knows what he’s doing! He found an issue with my car, fixed it and let me know what I can do next time to prevent an even more costly repair. 10/10!! I had to wait soooooo long to get a appointment but it’s always worth it!! He knows what he’s doing! I always know my car is in good hands ! :)
