1992 Honda Accord 97,500 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Timothy took the time to look outside the box in order to diagnose my cars problem even though the diagnostics couldn't be run due to Honda's inability to make anything simple. Thanks to Timothy I now know what I'm up against and am currently working on a solution.

My 2001 Accord was not starting, not the battery. Thomas came by, eliminated some potential issues, and and determined the starter was bad. He had professional equipment, he was not guessing at anything. Two days later, he replaced the starter and resolved a loose connection as well. The car started once he had completed the repair. He was great, friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough, explaining things he had ruled out and why. I could not have had a better mechanic at the Honda dealership for far more money.

Jean was able to complete a job that a prior mechanic could not. He was polite and efficient as well as thorough! Highly recommend 
