2002 Honda Accord 71,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Replaced my alternator and explained some specific items to do with my car that was good to know. Turned up earlier than I scheduled which was a bonus. This was my first experience with mymechanic and it was a good one.

Finally a honest and competent mechanic! Theo was on time and did a great job replacing the brake pads on my car (my dealer mentioned that they needed replacing). Theo showed how they had been deceptive with me. The pads still had substantial life left and didn't need to be changed. Theo also topped up the fluids in my car before leaving. He finished the work quickly and left the place clean.

He was actually 45 minutes early, which luckily worked out because I was out and about and came home early. If I didn't come back early, he would've been waiting quite a while. He did text that he was coming early (which I missed), but not until the last minute. It would have been nice to know he was coming earlier the day before, so I could make plans. Anyway, but like I said it worked out, and he did the job in 1.5 hours instead of the scheduled 2.5 - quick work. Brakes don't squeak anymore, and that's a good thing.
