1997 Honda Accord 26,250 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

DAN WAS A VERY NICE AND STRAIGHT TO THE POINT MECHANIC. THE APPOINTMENT SAID IT WOULD TAKE 1 HOUR TO COMPLETE, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS QUICK. DAN MANAGE TO GET MY WHEEL BEARING REPLACED ON MY REAR DRIVER'S SIDE IN LESS THAN A HOUR. HE THEN INFORMED ME THAT I HAD A WARRANTY (WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW, THANK YOU FOR THAT DAN!) AND THAT I SHOULD FILE A CLAIM BECAUSE THE SPEED BUMPS IN MY APARTMENT COMPLEX MAY BE THE CAUSE THAT MY WHEEL BEARING WAS LOOSE AND WORN OUT. DAN GAVE ME A GREAT EXPERIENCE WHICH IS FUNNY CONSIDERING HE JUST FIXED MY WHEEL. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!

Wow! Skilled AND personable! Superb attention to detail. During his vehicle check he discovered my air filter was very dirty- something my usual repair shop didn’t even look for yesterday, but I thought they had! Arrived early, fixed quickly, even though he has to get a new filter for me. I love this service!

The appointment was rescheduled at the last minute by My Mechanic then I rescheduled for a 1pm appointment the Mechanic didn’t show up until 230p after I called to find out where he was. Once here the mechanic discovered that he had the wrong part. He had to go to a local auto part to get the right one. My car was fixed very well but it was a huge Inconvenience(DRAMA) from start to finish.
