There was an error made by us regarding the work that needed to be done on our vehicle when setting up the appointment online. When Duy arrived and when we realized this he was very understanding. He went and bought the correct parts needed and came back and preformed the repairs the same day. Trying to get out of town quickly for Thanksgiving and not having to wait another day for the repairs due to our error was a huge relief for us.
