I absolutely love the concept of the mechanic coming to my home and fixing my car ! No tow bill and actually knowing who's working on it. I love the updates with texts and emails and knowing when he's on his way. Michael did an awesome job of fixing my car, it seems to run even better than before I had the problem. He was very knowledgeable and nice, he answered all my questions very professionally. Always right on time and gets right to work. I also love the idea that "Your Mechanic" keeps track of all my maintenance and service records for me so I don't' have to. Jeremy was awesome and easy to work with. Not only did he point out that the service I requested was unnecessary, but he took the time to show me some other issues with my vehicle that should be addressed. I never felt pressured or that he was upselling me at all. He’s a really nice guy, who knows his stuff and is easy to work with. I will be requesting his services in the future.
