Great respectful guy. He was scheduled for a diagnosis on my car and went above and beyond and got it fixed before he left. I highly recommend this mechanic and years of experience !!!!

William did a thorough check of my vehicle and confirmed what I had suspected. A defective thermostat which was allegedly replaced by a shop near where I live. My car exhibited the exact behavior before and after the thermostat replacement, a wandering temp gauge which only wanders between C and W. When it sticks near C, my vehicle would either do one of two things: 1) rough idle after driving it 30-40 min. Or 2) spew coolant causing stream to come out from under the hood. This is not a pretty sight as my car would lose ALL of the coolant. William Wolf is well-trained and knows a lot about cars. He confirmed my suspicion. Thank you, William!

My car would crank but wouldn’t start, so Walter went above and beyond to pin point the actual cause. I had a feeling it was a fuel pump issue, but had to ensure and Walter indeed found out that the fuel pump was burnt.
