1996 Ford F-150 57,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

LIFESAVER! My starter gave out on Christmas Eve and I called with the assumption that the next available appointment would be weeks out; however, they told me they had availability only two days after on the 26th at 7AM. Chris came right on time with proper notice and quoted me about an hour. Service took a little less and my car was running smoothly immediately after he swapped out my starter. He was honest and transparent about future services and even offered to do them on the spot. Afterwards, I received a detailed text that outlined all possible repairs that could be made.

Robert was kind and informative. He actually looked at the issue before doing work and decided what I needed wasn't what I requested. He fixed what I actually needed and also helped me diagnose another issue and found an oil leak that was new to me.

Corey was punctual, made me feel at ease, and went out of his way to make sure I had all of the information to make a decision. Unfortunately, my vehicle was not able to be fixed as it ultimately was out of their scope of service. Its hard to argue with their decision as I don't expect them to be able to change out a transmission in my driveway. I would use them again and will recommend to all of my friends.
