I was really nervous going in knowing the car is old and expecting the worse, but Michael- right from the start- made me feel comfortable. He's easy to talk to and as he was moving about the car he gave me updates and explanations all throughout. It may have been mostly bad news, but it's the miracle I've been praying for. You hardly ever find a mechanic who wants to help you. I’ve had 3 other mechanics come over to look at my car. Everything ranging from I needed gas, to the dealership shut the vehicle off was told to me as an issue. He came, looked at it, and actually FIXED the most important piece, and it was the smallest thing you could think of. The freaking fuse!!! The fuse blew because of the ignition coil going bad, but it had been sitting unmoved, and not starting for over a month and a half. 3 mechanic’s that didn’t know what it was. One of which even opened the fuse box! He was very knowledgeable about my car, patient as I described what happened that lead up to this, and kind enough to let me know my needed next steps to make sure this is completely taken care of.
