I was skeptical about using YourMechanic,com mostly because no one I know has ever mentioned using it before. I thought that my alternator went out because AAA said he tested my battery and it was fine. It turned out that the alternator was fine, and the battery was dead and would not hold a charge. Andrew will be the first one I call from now one. He knows his stuff, and he gets the job done fast. I also appreciated that he mentioned a couple other things wearing out on my car, but he didn't use scare tactics to get me to book another visit right away. He also sent estimates for those things. Thank you very much Andrew. I will definitely be using this service again!

James has an amazing work ethic and was dedicated to completing the job. My car would not start and he refused to leave until he figured out what was wrong and got it going. In the end, he did identify and fix what appeared to be a difficult problem to diagnose.
