Scott was friendly, courteous and on time. Too many times you schedule a technician to come to your house and they give you a three hour window. Scott was five minutes early and complete the job within the time quoted. I would highly recommend Scott for another job. Fernando was very clean and presentable. He was very professional and I really respected that he followed covid rules and masked up. He explained everything that needed to be done and once he was convinced I clearly understood the work he got right to work and stayed on it until it was done. He did not drag out the time.
