Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. The job is complete and my car is back to performing normal in that area of operation. Thank you Chris !

I was skeptical about using YourMechanic,com mostly because no one I know has ever mentioned using it before. I thought that my alternator went out because AAA said he tested my battery and it was fine. It turned out that the alternator was fine, and the battery was dead and would not hold a charge. Andrew will be the first one I call from now one. He knows his stuff, and he gets the job done fast. I also appreciated that he mentioned a couple other things wearing out on my car, but he didn't use scare tactics to get me to book another visit right away. He also sent estimates for those things.
