1997 Ford Contour 117,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Mechanic was on time and very nice. Did the work needed, explained everything, and gave great advice. It's a shame I only needed one battery connection replaced but the flat rate is for two.

Travis did a great job! The problem with my car was a bit mysterious and had completely stumped another mechanic we hired but Travis was determined to throw everything he had at it until he figured it out and fixed the problem. He's also honest. He bought a part for my car that turned out to be unnecessary and was very clear that he wouldn't be charging me for it. He spent 3 hours working on my car and only charged me for 1 1/2 hours labor. He never left or took a break the whole time he was working on my car. I will definitely be calling Travis the next time my old Ford breaks down!

I thought my pulley system needed to be replaced..However, Chris knew Right away that it wasn’t just my belt but my water pump needed to be replaced. He readjusted, went to grab the part and came back quickly to replace everything I needed. It took a lot less time than I originally thought it would and Chris is a rock star when it comes to sharing information on what he’s doing and why. I think that’s extremely important when you’re working with anything intricate. His honesty and quality of work are definitely reasons to keep booking him. He won’t haggle you, make you feel dumb for not knowing anything (like me haha), he’s honest and? He’ll have you back on the road in no time. Thanks Chris!! You’re the man!
