Michael is awesome. He is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and informative. He performed the service to its fullest and told us everything about what he did during the visit, and everything that could/should be looked at on a later date regarding our vehicle. Jeffrey was very efficient and knowledgeable and willingly shared helpful information about the vehicle. It was a rainy day whiched caused him to be a little late for the appointment but he communicated that well in advance so I could use that time instead of just waiting around for him.
