2003 Dodge Stratus 35,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Not only was been on time and EXTREMELY courteous and professional, but he noticed that the last place that worked on my truck didn't tighten the caliper bolts down and that the calipers were shaking around and causing the grinding in my brakes. He could have gone through with the full service and lied about it but he was 100% HONEST - a rare thing in today's world. Instead of leaving to find if someone "might" have the part - he had a couple of bolts that fit perfectly from his own supply! Ben saved me over $100 and had me back on the road in no time. Oh and I should mention that it was raining off and on - and Ben never missed a beat. I'll be using Ben as my regular mechanic from now on! And for all of y'all in Cypress... Ben's an avid deer & hog hunter! A big plus in my book!

Right on time. Nice guy that answered all my questions. Only issue was hat he needed an electrical hookup that I did not know about. There was a Stripes close by and was able to us their plug.

John arrived early, very knowledgeable very polite, John got my truck started after many other mechanics have replaced part after part with no success. He started at the beginning until he tracked down and corrected the issue. I cannot complement him enough as this has been an ongoing issue for years. John is a great mechanic, I will now use him whenever I can.
