I never ever write reviews, but this one is an exception. I am not mechanically inclined, and hate the idea of having to go and see a mechanic. The experience with MyMechanic has changed my world - a new paradigm has set in. This was the BEST mechanic experience I have EVER had. Brett arrived at 7:00 am as scheduled and was done with the job at 8:22, 8 minutes ahead of schedule. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I wanted to watch him work so that I could learn about what went wrong. While he was working, he explained what he was doing and why. Not only is he a great mechanic, but he's a great teacher. Plus, the convenience of the mechanic coming to me....AMAZING. Thank you for your wonderful service!

Nick called me prior to the appointment to see if there were any concerns I had. I was looking at a car that had higher miles and did have a few other concerns. He inspected the car and gave an overview of the positives and negatives of the car. The negatives outweighed the positive so I did not make the purchase. He was very honest and could tell he thoroughly inspected the car. I'm still looking for a car and will be calling Your Mechanic to inspect before making a purchase! Money well spent that will save me much more "down the road", literally! I hope Nick is assigned to me again. I'll ask for him.
