William replace my thermostat. While testing the replacement part William found that it was defected and notified me that he would have to return with a replacement for the defected part. He did so and had the car up and running in 45 minutes. He did a through testing making sure the temps came up and the valve opened and closed correctly. William is very polite and keeps you well informed and doesn't mind letting you know each step what he is doing and helping you to understand the mechanics of the job.
