Johnathan was not only on time, he was just a a little early to the appointment. When he got here he heard me out completely on the problem and all of the back story of it before assessing it for himself. His thorough approach to the situation allowed him to deliver an accurate diagnosis of my problem and leave me knowing exactly what to do. Although the company doesn't do internal engine work I am now fully prepared to tackle the situation and not keep throwing money at it just putting band-aids on the problem. Had it not been for Johnathan I would have continued fixing one part after another rather than knowing exactly what to do.
