Computer said it could not access review page so I couldn't respond. Scott called and was here before appointment time, was courteous, personable, knowledgeable, good conversationalist, polite and knew what he was doing. I had a wonderful time talking to him while he was here. Very enjoyable to be around.

When I received a text message from Nolan that he would be out as scheduled on the next day, which was a Sunday, to do my brakes, I replied and asked him if he could possibly add on trying track down a fuel leak that had developed in my van.. He replied he would and showed up earlier than planned on Sunday to allow time for both jobs.to be completed. Nolan completed the brake job and then proceeded to try and find the source of the fuel leak which turned out to be a cracked fuel pump. He was able to locate a fuel pump nearby, went and got it, and had it installed in my van very soon. This was a god send since my two daughters were here to help me move out of state in a few days and my wheelchair van was an essential vehicle for the move! This was the second time Nolan had been out in a week to perform maintenance and repair to my van and I was totally impressed both times with his professionalism, efficiency and knowledge to do the job right! Luis did a fantastic job with the repairs. He explained everything he was doing and also went the extra mile to check other items not on the service list. He was able to come earlier than the arranged time which was great. He was also kind with my children who wanted to know everything and see what he was working on. 100% will use this service again!
