Jay was extremely helpful, kind and insightful when it came to my pre-purchase inspection. Jay arrived early, and was super patient as the seller delayed the meetup by almost half an hour. Manuel was on time, actually early, but very prompt and polite. Manuel came out to fix a warranty issue (not his initial installation, someone else’s) and he was extremely quick and understanding of the need for me to have my truck back and operating ASAP. He fixed the problem perfectly and quickly. I will ABSOLUTELY be requesting Manuel the next time I need repair work done to my truck.

Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me. I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle. He was done within an hour and 15 minutes. It would've taken me all day to do this. I didn't mind the price. I thought it was reasonable. Great job Matthew! My car sounds great!
