Very happy with the fact that Chris arrived earlier than required. He is very knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to explain the course of action that needs to be taken in order for my vehicle to get back to operating condition.

travis was very helpful he told what i needed to fix for my copart 2002 tahoo i bought a month ago, my first estimate was at big 0 tire and they told me i need driver side upper control arm shocks inner outer passenger tie rod. but second estimate form travis said i need inner and outer tie rod on passenger side and u joint for drive shaft that travis said, big o tire never said anything about u joint on drive shaft. I'm glad i got second opinion i would have bought parts i didn't need, know i have shopping list for truck lol,........travis was big thanks for help i will call again when i have parts for u joint,....... tie rod i could do myself that's a easy fix but u joint i will have travis do that for me. ps this was my first time using a mobile mechanic, i will use him again if i buy more copart cars lol.......
