2001 Chevrolet Malibu 63,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Theodore showed up on time and remembered details from his last visit making it very easy to meet in the parking garage. He replaced a sticky caliper on my vehicle, good as new! His service was thorough, mess free and timely. He also took the time to explain suggestions for my next service without being pushy like the Dealerships.

Originally I called William out to replace my serpentine and drive belts, change oil, and replace my top radiator hose because we believed that was the source of the fluid leak for the radiator. A few problems came along, namely that the belts I provided were mismatched but one worked, and after replacing the upper radiator hose we found a leak in the water pump itself that is probably the real problem. I had to book for next Saturday, but overall I am impressed and greatly relieved with the service I've received. I look forward to continuing to use William as my mechanic.
