My experience with Kenneth was great. He was very polite and knowledgeable. But overall with the company I don't I feel I got my money's worth because I still have the same issue with no diagnose. Car would start while Kenneth was here but wouldn't after 30 minutes after his departure. So overall I'm out 90 dollars for nothing

Matthew shook my hand right away upon meeting me.
I told him a little about what happened to the car based on my knowledge and just what I heard when driving it. He understood completely. He didn't chastise me about not taking care of the car (I've had a mechanic do this). He was very courteous and once he said he used to work for GM I knew he was the guy to work on my vehicle. He was done within an hour and 15 minutes. It would've taken me all day to do this. I didn't mind the price. I thought it was reasonable.
